Getting to Know Each Other

Hello My name is Lianne Chang and I live in Canada. It is good to meet all of you from different places. I work at the Human Rights Commission in Nova Scotia and we use alternative dispute resolution to assist in the resolution of our human rights complaints, and so for me it will be interesting to see how ADR is used in other countries in dealing with human rights issues.
