My goal for this class is to know the links between human right and alternative dispute right, the complex and the dynamic relatiopnship of HR and ADR and how effects and/or can create each other, to clearly understand the sorrounding concepts and theories about this, different approach. how can conflict effects the human right and its dignity.
from now I have learned and during last about the intersection and relations between HR and ADR and hope.
in Somalia learning and studying such this course can have a sound and effects, it is is failed state where conflict reaches highest peak and human violation is something very regularized, there clan based conflict, religious based conflicts and also political based conflicts so knowing the relationship betweeen HR and ADR is very useful.
